Alexia is coloring the menu from the Carson Valley Inn where we ate lunch on the first day of our trip. She is the best child traveler ever. I applaud my daughter for raising such a pleasant child.
She paused her Leapster to watch a movie. We "listened" to several of her musical DVDs and ended up listening to and watching My Despicable Me with everyone when we got to Redlands. Her "mobie" was a hit for the whole family - it's pretty cute.
We make a huge trek because our family is so huge and spread out. Aunt Missy (Idaho) is cuddling with McKay, Gus (North Carolina) and Alexia (Nevada).
Uncle Jason and I ended up taking the girls for a date at the Jump. It wasn't as much fun for McKay - too busy.
Great grand-
ma and grandson Gus. It's been a grand-
mother week. I am so pleased that my blanket was good.

Welcome home and Happy New Year! Yes, it is good to acknowledge that your daughter is raising a wonderful child. Doesn't hurt to remember who raised your daughter, either. ;-)
You sound like you are having a great time. It's always good traveling with people who enjoy traveling at any age. Have a great time and I look forward to seeing what happens on vacation. Be safe!
Of course your blanket is good! Even if it was ragged and lopsided it would be good lol it was made with love!
Glad you're home safe!
What a wonderful turn of the year. Glad to have you back though!
It's a beautiful blanket!
Your grandaughter Lexi is such a treasure, you have a wonderful family :-)
It sounds like you had a wonderful time. Well, I'd say your blanket was better than good. It's gorgeous and will be a lovely and happily used keepsake and loved to death by it's baby. Isn't that perfect?
My mom is the best mom is the whole wide world! There's no way I'd be a good mom without her :)
