February 5th

It was 4 degrees when I woke up this morning. If I wanted Minnesota weather, I'd move there.

Brrr - we've got a balmy 40 degrees this evening - so I guess I won't complain...

Those little mounds of dirt are mole hills -EVERYPLACE out in the pasture- at least not on the lawn. They seem to be particualarly bad this year - guess Neelix is spending too much time sleeping in the warm living room - he's getting a little old to be out in the cold weather - I've noticed him limping a little lately.

I'm at day 12 on my cold - It's almost gone - probably another 3 or 4 days, I hope, if not sooner. Hope your's has gone away. Take care. T.

That was short and to the point! Do you not usually get that cold there?

Aw, I miss Minnesota weather. So much lovely snow, trees, and lakes!

I'm with you.

I think we've turned the corner though, sun is shining.

My husband is talking Mexico, we're buying Spanish language tapes.

Flagstaff is just as bad - it was -7 at 8:30 yesterday when I went out to feed sheep! I'm still having to carry water to them (thank heavens Shetland eat snow) as my FFF is still frozen and will be until spring thaw. Curses, foiled again!

I do hope you are feeling better! Please keep all illness and pestilence there... :)
